Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth. Our focus is providing best-in-class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Our mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.
Titan Wealth Holdings is growing, and we’re building a new Client Services Administration Team in our Bristol office. We’re now looking for a Junior / Entry-Level Client Services Administrator to join the team — an ideal opportunity for someone starting their career in financial planning administration.
This role is perfect for a school leaver, graduate, or someone in their first office-based role within financial services, who is keen to learn, build experience, and progress over time.
This position is a key support role within the team — often described as a “bionic receptionist” — acting as a central admin hub that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support our desk-based Financial Planners and wider admin team, handling core administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
