The Opportunity
CIFA Careers is offering aspiring financial-market professionals the opportunity to develop the practical knowledge, analytical skills and risk-management discipline required to pursue a career within financial trading.
The Junior Financial Trader – Training & Funded Trading Pathway has been designed for individuals who want more than theoretical knowledge of the financial markets.
Participants follow a structured development programme covering financial markets, investment products, technical and fundamental analysis, trading strategy, risk management and professional trading psychology.
The pathway combines structured education with practical market analysis, simulated trading exercises, performance monitoring and professional development.
Candidates who successfully progress through the programme and demonstrate the required level of consistency, discipline and risk management may become eligible for progression opportunities involving funded trading capital, subject to the applicable assessment criteria and trading-provider requirements.
What You Will Learn
Throughout the programme, you will develop practical knowledge across areas including:
- Financial markets and how global markets operate
- Equities, indices, foreign exchange and other financial instruments
- Technical and fundamental market analysis

Completion of training does not automatically guarantee access to funded capital.
