They are now on the lookout for a Junior Full Stack Developer who wants real ownership from early in their career and a brilliant place to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve product features across the full stack, with support and mentorship from senior team members
- Develop clean, well-structured code and build good habits through regular peer reviews
- Work with React front-ends, Node.js APIs, and PostgreSQL
- Spot and resolve bugs, and proactively flag opportunities to improve the codebase
- Take part in planning sessions, code reviews, and team retrospectives
- Collaborate effectively in a fully remote, async-first environment
About You
- 1+ years of commercial development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal or project work
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript and React
- Some experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with relational databases, with PostgreSQL a bonus
- Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and has a genuine appetite for continuous learning
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time

Benefits
- Salary: £30k
- Remote working in Northern Ireland
