Junior Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote (UK)
About Us
We’re a small, close-knit team building digital products across multiple brands in the poker, finance, and luxury experience sectors.
Our work includes customer-facing websites, internal business systems, event technology, APIs, and mobile applications, supporting brands used by customers around the world. As a smaller team, every developer has the opportunity to make a genuine impact, working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to build products that solve real business problems.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend all day maintaining the same application. You’ll gain experience across a variety of products, technologies, and challenges, making it an ideal environment for someone looking to accelerate their development career.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with the ambition to become an exceptional engineer.
This role is ideal for someone with solid programming fundamentals, a genuine passion for software development, and the curiosity to continually learn. You’ll work alongside experienced developers, gaining exposure to the full software development lifecycle while gradually taking ownership of your own projects and features.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll contribute to a wide variety of products across our poker, finance, and luxury experience brands. From developing new features and integrating third-party services to investigating bugs and improving existing systems, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
