We're helping Super Benji hire for a Junior Full Stack Developer in Oxford.
Super Benji is an AI platform that takes the grind out of B2B sales outreach. It finds the sponsors, exhibitors and delegates that events teams need, so they can spend their time building relationships and closing deals. We're growing fast, and we're looking for an early-career developer who wants to build real product from day one.
This isn't a graduate scheme. There's no six months of practice tickets. You'll ship features that customers use from your first weeks, and you'll see exactly what your work changes.
What you'll do
- Build features across the stack in React and Node, from first idea to production
- Keep the platform solid: find bugs, fix them, and make things faster and more reliable
- Bring the latest AI models and techniques into Benji, so the product stays at the leading edge
- Get close to what customers need, and own outcomes rather than waiting to be handed tickets

Who you are
- A recent graduate, or up to about two years into your career, with real projects to show from work, university or your own time
- Comfortable with JavaScript or TypeScript, React and Node, or able to pick them up fast
- Genuinely curious about AI: you keep up with new models and tools, and you've built something with them
- A self-starter: you work things out for yourself, ask good questions when you're stuck, and don't need hand-holding
- Hungry and ambitious, ready to get stuck in and deliver value from day one
