Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Furniture Coordinator to join our team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in operations administration, sales administration, project coordination or operations support who is looking to develop their career within the furniture and design industry.
The role would also suit a recent graduate who is keen to begin their first commercial role and build valuable experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Working closely with our Furniture Consultants and Furniture Project Managers, you will play an important role in coordinating furniture projects from specification through to delivery. You will help ensure that schedules are accurate, orders are tracked effectively and projects progress smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders from quote through to delivery, including raising POs, updating systems and handling order changes.
- Track orders, pricing and lead times, following up with suppliers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Manage sample requests and coordinate product information with suppliers.
- Support the Furniture Team with order administration and day-to-day project requirements.
- Assist with furniture specifications, product selections and quotations across a range of projects.
- Prepare and update furniture schedules, product boards, mood boards, picture price documents and other project documentation.
- Manage smaller and repeat orders from start to finish, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout.
- Maintain accurate information across CRM and internal systems.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including furniture ranges, specifications, pricing and availability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with furniture manufacturers and suppliers.
- Support quality checks and help resolve any issues relating to products, orders or deliveries.
- Work closely with Furniture Consultants, Project Managers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.

About You
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and confident working with colleagues, clients, suppliers and external partners.
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks and find practical solutions.
- An interest in furniture, interiors and design; experience in furniture coordination, workplace projects or commercial environments is desirable.
- Good understanding of furniture layouts and space planning; familiarity with reading floor plans is a plus.
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project or design software is beneficial.
- Comfortable working on-site, visiting project locations and supporting installation teams when required.
- A quick learner and positive team player, with a willingness to learn and develop.
