Junior Furniture Coordinator

The Role
We are looking for a Furniture Sales Support Coordinator to join our team, this role is ideally suited to candidates that have worked as an Operations Administrator, Sales Administrator, Project Coordinator or Operations Assistant previously. Alternatively, you could be a recent graduate looking for your first commercial role.

Primary Job Functions
- Supporting Furniture Consultants and Project Managers across design & build projects
- Produce accurate documentation such as quotations, picture price documents & OM manuals
- Handle sample requests
- Chase suppliers for sales, pricing and lead time related information
- Send PO's to third party suppliers and update system accordingly
- Order handling including modifications
- Manage small quote to order, duplicate and repetitive orders from start to finish
- Ownership of small project requests

Experience & Requirements
- A strong attention to detail and interest in furniture brands, designers and workplace interiors.
- The ability to manage relationships with multiple suppliers and manufacturers
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work across several projects simultaneously.
- Experience working to deadlines and supporting logistical coordination.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
