About Finotive Markets - Part of the Finotive One EcoSystem
Finotive Markets is a multi-asset brokerage providing clients with access to global financial markets through professional trading technology and a customer-focused trading experience.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a commercially driven Junior FX Sales Broker / Account Manager who already has experience within the FX and CFD brokerage industry and is ready to build a successful long-term career with Finotive Markets.
We are happy to look at remote positions however with the goal of relocating to Dubai to work onsite.
The role
This is a junior-level position, but it is not a zero-experience or graduate sales role.
We are looking for someone who understands the FX/CFD brokerage environment, has previously worked with trading clients and can demonstrate some experience generating, converting or managing funded accounts.
You do not need to arrive with a large existing book of business. However, you should have an active professional network, a history of generating at least some of your own business, or a clear ability to identify and acquire clients independently.
You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, supporting prospects through the onboarding and funding process, and managing clients after account activation. You will receive support from the wider Finotive Markets team while being expected to take ownership of your individual sales pipeline and commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
Client acquisition
- Identify and approach prospective FX and CFD trading clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, industry relationships and other approved acquisition channels.
- Generate new business independently rather than relying entirely on company-provided leads.
- Develop relationships with active traders, trading communities, affiliates, educators and potential Introducing Brokers.
- Use your existing professional network appropriately to introduce suitable prospective clients to Finotive Markets.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects professionally and move them through the complete sales process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
