Junior FX Sales Consultant

Foreign Exchange and International Payments

Clear Capital Exchange | Full-Time | London | Office Based

Entry level | £22,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission

About Clear Capital Exchange

Clear Capital Exchange is a London based foreign exchange and international payments brokerage. We work with UK businesses and private clients to manage currency exposure and settle cross border payments, using spot, forward contracts, market orders and hedging strategies.

Clients are supported by a named consultant rather than a general service desk. Pricing, market commentary and execution are handled directly by the person who manages the relationship.

Clear Capital Exchange sits within a wider group. Consultants gain exposure to the full group product suite, which spans banking, finance, digital assets and e-money. This is not part of the day to day role, but it provides useful commercial breadth as consultants develop.

The Role

We are recruiting a Junior FX Sales Consultant to join the Exchange team. This is an entry level new business sales position and a route into the foreign exchange industry.

UK businesses that pay overseas suppliers, receive revenue in foreign currency or import goods carry currency exposure, and many manage that exposure through their existing bank. The role involves identifying those businesses, qualifying the opportunity and introducing Clear Capital Exchange as an alternative.

The role begins with outbound activity: building a pipeline, booking meetings and attending client calls alongside senior consultants. Responsibility increases with competence, progressing to running the full sales cycle and managing a book of accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
