Junior Menswear Garment Technologist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Menswear Garment Technologist to join the technical team of an established fashion business. This role would suit someone with solid early-career garment technology experience and a genuine interest in menswear, looking to take on more responsibility across fittings, specifications, and sample development.
The role is fully office-based and will focus on managing the sample process accurately and efficiently, while supporting the Senior Garment Technologist and taking increasing ownership of individual styles.

Main Responsibilities
- Setting up specifications once orders are confirmed
- Receiving, prioritising, and measuring samples in line with delivery deadlines
- Preparing samples for fit sessions and ensuring all measurements are accurate
- Attending and supporting fit sessions, taking notes, and processing fit comments
- Updating workbooks and maintaining accurate technical documentation
- Supporting the Senior Garment Technologist with the day-to-day technical workload
- Maintaining organized sample storage and tracking systems
- Taking increasing ownership of selected styles and the sampling process

Person Specification
- Previous garment technology experience within menswear or a related technical role
- Strong experience accurately measuring garments with a good understanding of construction and pattern cutting
- Confident attending fit sessions and able to process fit comments clearly for factories
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, confident, and keen to develop within a close-knit technical team
