If you're a recent graduate in Graphic Design with an interest or work experience in designing publications, layout, infographics, and you're interested in working in the non profit or development sector then please apply!

We are looking for Designers at the start of their careers who are keen to learn. We provide a great learning environment and a very supportive team and the opportunity to grow with us is huge.

So what will you actually be doing?

  • Coming up with creative ideas for communications campaigns
  • Publication design - front covers, templates, charts, infographics
  • Designing digital assets - web, social media, animation
  • Helping clients with their branding

Key requirements (please do not apply if you do not meet ALL of these)

  • Degree educated (ideally in Graphic Design)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign (important), Illustrator and Photoshop expertise is essential
  • Great eye for colour, layout and typography
  • Mature and responsible and ability to work independently, and be open to colleague and client feedback.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to produce error-free designs
  • Ability to work under pressure through effective multitasking
  • An interest in development related topics.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

  • Typography, print design and animation
  • Some experience with AfterEffects, DaVinci or other motion graphics.
