Role: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Manchester
Type: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience - open to reviewing different levels
LT Talent has partnered with a leading consumer goods business to recruit a Junior Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an aspiring designer looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll work across a range of well-known consumer brands, supporting the creation of packaging, marketing assets, and product visuals.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating packaging artwork and artwork amendments
- Producing mood boards and product concepts
- Developing product renders and visual presentations
- Updating ingredient panels and product information
- Resizing and adapting artwork across multiple formats
- Supporting the wider design team on creative projects

What we're looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and artwork skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for design
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Any additional design software experience would be advantageous
- Experience using AI tools is welcomed, but strong creative ability is the priority
