Junior Graphic Designer - 3-Month Rolling Contract

Reports to: Graphic Designer
Direct Reports: None
Location: Hybrid, London location three days a week (Old Street)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role

The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the Snap Fitness brand to life. You’ll work within global brand guidelines while developing visual designs that position Snap Fitness as a leading gym at a national and local level. Your work ensures consistency, impact, and alignment across all new club openings, Snap Fitness and Lift Brands initiatives.

This is an entry-level role suitable for a recent graduate and full support and training will be provided, working closely alongside the team’s existing Graphic Designer.

This role is offered on a three-month rolling contract, reviewed and renewed every three months based on business requirements and mutual agreement. While initially offered on a rolling contract basis, there is a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent as the business continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the wider team to continually develop and deliver site-specific print and digital assets that enhance brand positioning and drive membership sign-ups.
  • Interpret creative direction from the Midweight Graphic Designer and apply to multiple print and digital formats.
  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance and organisation of our creative asset management system, making it easy for club teams to access and activate campaign materials effectively.
  • Manage and deliver bespoke design requests from clubs including, but not limited to, leaflets, posters and social media artwork.
  • Work with the Support Office team to deliver key internal assets such as branded presentations and franchise recruitment materials.
  • Support on key, internal events such as upcoming Learning & Development Roadshow for franchisees and club teams.
  • Utilise internal task and project management system to keep on top of deadlines and key projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
