Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

  • Create designs for social media, websites, presentations, and print materials under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in developing visual concepts that are aligned with the client’s brand identities and the campaign objectives.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms and formats.
  • Support the design team in preparing final artwork for production or publishing.

  • Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visuals support the messaging effectively.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and creative ideas.
  • Follow feedback from senior designers and art directors to improve and refine work.

File Management & Brand Consistency

  • Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
  • Ensure all work adhere to the client’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in updating existing creative materials with new content or branding changes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a graphic design role (internship or freelance work accepted).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and improve skills.
