Junior Product Designer
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Product Designer to join our Design Team.
Working closely with the Head of Design, you will support the development of new products from concept through to production across promotional merchandise, branded products, and apparel. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior designer to gain valuable commercial experience in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
We welcome applications from:
- Graduates in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
- Junior designers with up to 2 years' commercial experience.
- Candidates with placement or internship experience.
Knowledge of consumer products, manufacturing processes, or promotional merchandise would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Skills Required
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good sketching, visualisation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
Software Knowledge
We work within a Windows cloud-based environment.
Essential:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint)
Desirable:
- Fusion 360 or similar 3D CAD software
- AI tools for research, ideation, and design development
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Design with day-to-day design projects.
- Develop creative product and textile concepts from client briefs.
- Produce product artwork, sketches, and presentation visuals.
- Prepare product specifications and production-ready artwork.
- Create in-house mock-ups and prototypes for evaluation.
- Review artwork proofs, samples, and pre-production approvals.
- Assist with design research, product development, and quality control.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. They should be a proactive team player with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to take ownership of their work while building positive relationships with colleagues.
Salary
- £26,000 – 28,000 per annum (London rate, depending on experience)
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid
