Junior Graphic Designer - London HQ
As Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the day-to-day delivery of creative and design activity across our hotel group, helping bring our brands to life across digital, social, print, and on-property experiences.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand visual assets across multiple touchpoints, from social media content and digital campaigns to hotel collateral, presentations, signage, and marketing materials. You’ll help ensure our creative output is consistent, distinctive, and aligned with our evolving brand identities.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer with a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across multiple brands and creative projects, while learning how design can shape both guest experience and brand perception.
This role is based five days a week in our London Bridge Head Office.
The Stage Is Set
The stage is set for something different. We don’t run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent.
What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we’re focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
