Do you have a degree in Graphic Design or a similar field and are looking for your first or next step in a Graphic Design career?

Do you have a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to bring creative ideas to life?

Would you enjoy working in a fast-paced marketing team, creating artwork across our Regatta and Dare2b brands?

If so, we have an opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will support the visual identity of our brands to develop creative, brand-consistent design solutions from concept through to production-ready artwork, supported by our senior designers.

What You Will Deliver In This Role

  • Collaborate with mid-weight and senior designers to develop innovative design solutions from initial concept through to production-ready artwork.
  • Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across design projects and brand communications.
  • Contribute ideas in seasonal brainstorming sessions and support the team with creative thinking.
  • Revise and finalise designs based on feedback from the graphic and marketing teams.
  • Support the delivery of accurate, high-quality artwork, with consistent attention to detail.

As Our Future Junior Graphic Designer, You Will Have

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant graphic design, visual communication, or creative design subject.
  • A genuine passion for design and a desire to develop your career in a busy, supportive in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects would also be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Creative ideas and the ability to turn feedback into practical design solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently and work to deadlines.
  • A positive, can-do approach and willingness to learn from others.
  • The confidence to work collaboratively with designers, marketing colleagues, and wider internal teams.
  • An interest in brand, marketing, retail, and outdoor lifestyle products would be beneficial.
