Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a junior graphic designer to join our creative team, working across a varied mix of client and in-house projects. You’ll create artwork for teamwear, event finisher T-shirts and medals, as well as visual content across our website, social media and marketing.

It’s a varied and evolving role, so you’ll need to be comfortable switching between different types of design work and managing your own workload. An interest in sport would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

This is a hybrid role, with a required office day every Tuesday. Initial training will be delivered face-to-face, so will require more time in the office during the first few weeks.

About Us

Based in Edinburgh, we’re custom sportswear and teamwear specialists with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, working with football clubs and sports teams across the UK, as well as mass participation sports events across the UK and Europe.

We have a relaxed culture based on mutual respect, where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and have a say in the work they’re involved in.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
