About The Role
As a Junior Graphic Designer at forpeople, you'll help create the identities, systems and digital experiences that shape some of the world's biggest brands.
Working alongside experienced designers, strategists and multidisciplinary teams, you'll play an active role on live projects while continuing to develop your creative confidence and technical craft. You’ll have wide abilities, as one week you might be developing identity concepts, the next refining a digital experience, creating motion assets or experimenting with new AI-powered workflows. Through it all, you'll learn how to develop ideas from initial concept through to delivery while building confidence working with colleagues and clients.
We're looking for someone with strong personal design fundamentals, a burning curiosity for what's next, and a desire to keep learning. Someone who's excited by the future of design and wants to help shape it.

- Using cutting edge AI and emerging tools to support research, ideation and creative exploration
- Exploring concepts through sketching, prototyping and visual storytelling
- Creating thoughtful, well-crafted design across a range of touchpoints
- Collaborating with designers, strategists and writers throughout the creative process
- Contributing to workshops, presentations and creative reviews

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
