This award-winning digital signage company works with some of the UK's leading hospitality and catering brands, helping them create and manage digital displays in locations ranging from coffee shops and restaurants to football stadiums.
They're an established business going through an exciting period of growth, making this a great time to join the team and develop your career within digital design.
Role overview
This is a brilliant first step for a junior designer who loves the detail.
You'll join an experienced design team creating artwork for digital screens around the UK. Rather than developing brand identities from scratch, you'll take existing client assets and brand guidelines and adapt them into different digital formats, making sure everything looks great and stays completely on-brand.
It's a busy, hands-on role where you'll be working with lots of different brands and projects, so you'll need to be organised, accurate and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
