Connect Catering is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graduate / Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their design career to gain hands on experience across a wide range of creative projects that directly support both our Marketing and Sales functions.
Working within a dynamic and fast paced environment, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visual content. From creating engaging social media campaigns and marketing collateral for sites to supporting the production of high quality tender submissions and presentation decks, no two days will be the same.
This role offers excellent exposure to a variety of stakeholders across the business and is ideal for someone looking to develop their design skills while making a real impact within a growing company.
The Role
Marketing Support
- Design and produce engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, case studies, newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Support internal departments with creative design requests and branded communications.
- Help manage and organise the company's library of templates, imagery and brand assets.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned with Connect Catering's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content creation and brand development initiatives.

Sales Support
- Design visually impactful presentation decks for client meetings and pitches.
- Support the Sales Team in the preparation of tender submissions and bid documents.
- Create infographics, illustrations and visual content that help communicate key messages and differentiators.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging and professional designs.
- Assist in developing proposal templates and maintaining consistency across all sales materials.
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and eager to learn. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with colleagues across different departments.
Skills & Experience
- Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related subject.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across both digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of social media content creation and current design trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong layout and typography skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, video editing software or motion graphics would be advantageous but not essential.
