Role Description
As a Junior Graphic Designer at Nettl Kidderminster, you will support the design team in creating visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, websites, and print materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

You will collaborate closely with senior designers, account managers, and clients to refine concepts, respond to feedback, and deliver high-quality creative work within project timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kidderminster, requiring regular in-person collaboration with the studio team.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and visual communication, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and adapting brand identities across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, with attention to hierarchy, readability, and stylistic alignment to brand guidelines.
- Experience using industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, layout skills, and attention to detail across digital and print projects.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design or a related field; agency or internship experience is an advantage.
