Graphic Designer

To provide high-quality graphic design support to the Creative and Brand Lead and wider Marketing and PR Team, producing creative materials that align with agreed brand guidelines, campaign objectives and corporate priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within a matrix structure, reporting to the Head of Marketing and PR for line management while receiving day-to-day functional direction from the Creative and Brand Lead.
  • Ensure technical quality and brand consistency in all design work.
  • Obtain final creative approval and brand sign-off from the Creative and Brand Lead.
  • Work within clearly defined brand, communications, and organisational policies.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters as required.

Role Focus

  • Delivery and production of marketing materials across print and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from across the Provide Community Group to support business projects and develop/design individual service campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute visual input to support delivery of agreed marketing strategies and campaign objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality graphic design work to agreed briefs, professional standards, and deadlines.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate application of established brand guidelines across all print and digital materials.
  • Escalate any significant changes to the Creative and Brand Lead.
  • Apply approved AI-driven features within design platforms appropriately and responsibly to enhance efficiency and quality of outputs.
  • Support the production of marketing collateral for a variety of channels, including print, digital platforms, and internal communications.
  • Prepare and "package" artwork for publication and professional production, ensuring all files meet technical specifications for high-quality output.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and follow established file management systems.
  • Work within agreed marketing and communications processes and defined service level agreements.
  • Provide creative support to business projects as required by agreed briefs.
