Role – Junior Graphic Designer

Reports to – Graphic Designer

Location – Altrincham (Full time in office)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and creatively driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team. Working closely with our Brand, Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll support the creation of engaging, distinctive and on-brand creative across all Treats channels. From social content and email campaigns to website assets, paid advertising and campaign launches, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Treats brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing designer with strong creative instincts and a good understanding of digital design. You’ll work across a wide variety of projects, build your skills and contribute fresh ideas as Treats enters an exciting new phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Graphic Designer in creating high-quality assets across digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website and paid advertising.
  • Assist with the day-to-day delivery of creative for trading activity, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Create and adapt digital assets for paid media across platforms including Meta and Google, working within established brand and campaign guidelines.
  • Support the design of engaging email creative, including campaign emails and automated flows.
  • Create and update website assets to support product launches, campaigns and ongoing trading activity.
  • Roll out and adapt campaign creative across different formats, platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Prepare artwork and design files to a high standard for digital and production use.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of templates to ensure consistency across all brand communications.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer and wider Marketing and Creative teams to deliver visually engaging, commercially focused creative.
  • Respond to creative feedback and performance insights, using these to develop and improve design output.
  • Contribute ideas and creative thinking across campaigns, content and product storytelling.
  • Work within the Treats visual identity, ensuring all creative is consistent and on brand.
  • Stay up to date with fashion, social media and digital design trends, bringing relevant inspiration and ideas to the team.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills, creative thinking and a good eye for visual communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Experience designing creative for digital channels, including social media, email and web.
  • Good understanding of typography, layout, colour and branding.
  • Basic video editing skills; experience with Cap Cut or similar software would be beneficial.
  • Illustration skills would be an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
