Junior Graphic Designer - London Office

Job Description

Aim Agency is a boutique PR firm that delivers innovative PR strategies for global industry leaders. Our dynamic team crafts compelling narratives that resonate across cultures and communication styles, driving impactful results for our diverse clients.

We are seeking a creative and adaptable Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong design fundamentals and an understanding of social media content creation processes and trends. In this role, you will help design impactful marketing materials across print and digital platforms, ensuring designs align with client brand guidelines. You will collaborate with a talented team, work independently, and take ownership of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital and print assets, social media graphics, infographics, and more.
  • Conceptualise, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms.
  • Create and elevate brand identities, elements, and guidelines for Aim Agency and clients.
  • Design pitch decks in Canva, GAMMA, and Figma.
  • Manage website content, optimise for SEO, and install and customise plugins.
  • Create AI-generated images and videos.
  • Plan and shoot high-quality images, edit and retouch photos.
  • Provide ideas for social media content aligned with the latest trends, including editing for short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks, and Stories).
  • Work closely with clients and the team to ensure design solutions meet project goals.
  • Design printed materials for events and advertising.
  • Design friendly brief formats for clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, social media campaigns, and videography skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working on projects in different industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, WordPress, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Reels).
  • Knowledge of photography equipment, lighting, and post-production (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for clear, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
