About Cliphair
Cliphair is a UK based e-commerce brand selling premium human hair extensions to customers around the world. We are a close-knit team of around 30 people, growing quickly, with our marketing, studio and operations all under one roof at our Wallington offices.
The role
Our design team is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to produce the high-quality, on-brand design and image work behind our campaigns, website, email, social and paid channels.
This is a first step into a design career. You will work to briefs from our Creative Content Manager and to the design standards set by our Lead Designer, with structured support, review and feedback along the way.
Hair is what we sell, so our imagery has to be right. We teach our specialist hair retouching in house, so no prior experience is needed, just a careful hand with image editing and a real interest in developing the skill.
Day to day you will:
- Produce on-brand marketing assets to brief for email, social media, paid media and the website.
- Adapt and resize existing creative for different channels, formats and placements.
- Build email campaign designs to our established templates.
- Edit and retouch product and model imagery to our brand standard, with a specialist focus on hair.
- Colour-correct product imagery to our shade reference and prepare it for our website and marketplaces.
- Edit short-form video for social media, paid campaigns and email.
- Keep your files and assets organised, and manage your briefs through ClickUp.
- Lend a hand to our Studio and Content Producer on shoot days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
