Are you a junior creative with a passion for design?

We're working with a vibrant and fast-growing FMCG brand looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team in Worcester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious designer to develop their skills while working across products, packaging, marketing materials and digital content for brands enjoyed by families worldwide.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the wider creative, product and marketing teams to bring exciting ideas and campaigns to life.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design projects from initial concept through to final artwork
  • Create engaging packaging, marketing materials, brand visuals and digital content
  • Work collaboratively with product, marketing and licensing teams
  • Support Brand Managers in creating visuals that tell compelling stories
  • Adapt designs across different formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Prepare accurate artwork for print and digital use
  • Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines
  • Maintain high creative and quality standards across all work

We're Looking For:

  • Previous graphic design experience, either in-house, agency-based or through a strong placement
  • A portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging and digital design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of visual storytelling
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience working with packaging or licensed brands would be an advantage
  • A passion for toys, creativity and bringing ideas to life visually
  • A willingness to learn, develop and contribute ideas
