We are now looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 38.75 hours per week.

The Role
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force behind the visual elements of our marketing work, bringing our channels, brand and campaigns to life.
Specifically, you will plan and create engaging visual assets for marketing content across social media, email, paid advertising and our website. You will develop compelling visuals that align with our brand and vision, ensuring a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will contribute creative concepts and turn ideas into effective designs. Your work will span packaging, product listings and other marketing collateral, including digital channels, giving you valuable exposure to a varied range of creative projects.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify opportunities for brand storytelling and social-first visual content
- Manage design timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide creative feedback to refine and improve content
About You
To be considered as a Junior Graphic Designer, you will need:

- Graphic design experience and a portfolio, ideally spanning marketing, brand and packaging creative
- High proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong creative briefing and storyboarding skills
- A strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling
- A commercially aware mindset and understanding of marketing content performance
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to work collaboratively with creators, studios and internal teams
