Graphic Designer
Location: Hoxton, London - Studio Based
Hours: Part-Time, 2-3 days per week
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 FTE, pro rata
About Khanum's
Khanum's is a British womenswear brand creating statement occasionwear for women around the world. We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take our creative direction and translate it into beautiful, elevated assets across websites, email marketing, social media, campaigns, events, paid media and print. You'll also support the team with campaign retouching and AI-powered image editing, helping us get more from our existing creative and move quickly across launches and day-to-day trading.
The Role
Working closely with our Founder & Creative Director and Marketing teams, you'll be responsible for producing and adapting creative assets across all Khanum's touchpoints. You'll need a strong understanding of fashion and luxury branding, but equally understand that great design needs to work commercially.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Marketing Assets
- Create and deliver day-to-day creative assets across:
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Website homepage banners and landing pages
- Collection and product launch assets
- Social media posts, stories and carousels
- Paid social and digital advertising
- Influencer and PR assets
- Event invitations and event collateral
- Lookbooks and digital catalogues
- Presentations and brand decks
- Print and packaging assets where required

You'll be comfortable taking one campaign or concept and adapting it beautifully across multiple formats and channels while maintaining a consistent visual identity.
Campaign Retouching & Image Editing
- Retouch campaign and ecommerce imagery to a high standard.
- Colour correct and ensure consistency across campaign imagery.
- Clean up backgrounds, clothing, skin, flyaways and unwanted objects.
- Resize, crop and optimise imagery across different platforms.
- Extend campaign imagery where required for different formats.
- Prepare final assets for website, social, email, PR and paid media.
AI Creative & Image Editing
- Use AI tools to enhance and adapt existing campaign imagery.
- Create background extensions and alternative compositions.
- Remove, replace or add elements where appropriate.
- Create AI-assisted lifestyle and supporting imagery.
- Upscale and enhance images.
- Develop creative mock-ups and concepts ahead of campaigns and shoots.
- Explore new AI creative tools that can improve the speed and quality of our output.
Ecommerce & Website
- Prepare imagery and graphics for product and collection launches.
- Create homepage and promotional banners.
- Support landing page design and visual merchandising.
- Ensure assets are correctly sized and optimised for digital use.
- Maintain consistency across the customer journey.
Events & Brand
- Design event invitations and digital invites.
- Create signage, menus, cards and branded event collateral.
- Support pop-ups, activations and brand experiences.
- Create PR and influencer gifting materials where required.

Brand Consistency
- Ensure all creative output feels unmistakably Khanum's.
- Maintain consistency across typography, layout, imagery and brand identity.
- Develop and maintain templates that allow the wider team to work efficiently.
- Organise and maintain our creative asset library.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, beauty or luxury.
- Advanced Photoshop skills and confident across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong image retouching skills.
- Experience or a strong interest in AI image editing and generative creative tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition and layout.
- Strong understanding of social-first and digital design.
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially minded - you understand that creative should ultimately help engage and convert customers.
- Passionate about fashion, branding and visual storytelling.
