Junior Graphic Designer and Artworker
Are you a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Artworker with a passion for design, digital content, and brand storytelling?
We are looking for a talented and ambitious designer to support our team in creating engaging visual content across our website, marketing campaigns, email, social media, and digital advertising channels. You will play an important role in helping bring our brand to life through a wide variety of static and video-based creative assets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast-paced e-commerce business, working across multiple brands, campaigns, and content formats while learning from an experienced creative team.

Part of our small but mighty Creative team, you will work closely with our Creative Director, Marketing, and Ecommerce Team to produce high-quality assets that support commercial performance while maintaining brand consistency.
We are looking for someone who not only has strong design skills but also brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.
What You Will Be Doing
Graphic Design and Campaign Creative
- Support the creation of digital campaign assets across multiple channels.
- Design engaging creative for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.
- Assist with artwork production from concept through to final delivery.
- Ensure all creative work is aligned with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Adapt campaign assets into multiple formats for different platforms and audiences.
- Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Website and Ecommerce Content
- Create and update website banners, landing page assets, and promotional graphics.
- Design and build engaging Product Detail Page (PDP) content to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Prepare and optimise imagery and graphics for web use.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Team to support ongoing website improvements.
- Assist with product imagery processing, resizing, and asset management.

Artwork and Brand Support
- Prepare accurate artwork files for digital and print applications.
- Maintain organised asset libraries and design files.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all creative output.
- Proofread creative assets and check grammar, spelling, and brand messaging before publication.
- Support wider creative projects as required by the Brand and Marketing teams.
Email and Video Content
- Design assets for email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Produce simple motion graphics and video content for social and digital channels.
- Edit and repurpose video content into platform-specific formats.
- Support content creation that drives engagement, awareness, and sales.
Creative Input and Collaboration
- Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns and content creation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects while remaining open to feedback and development.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality creative work within tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and branding.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Experience creating digital assets for web, email, and social media.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Open to working with and exploring new AI technology.
- Experience with After Effects/ Premiere Pro is a bonus but not essential.
- Understanding of website assets, banners, and PDP content.
- Understands what works across modern platforms.
- Produces accurate, polished work with minimal errors.
- Delivers high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable reviewing content before publication.
- Understands what makes engaging and commercially effective content.
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary/Working Hours
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays (8:30am to 4:30pm).
- We offer a competitive salary up to £29,000 depending on your experience and look forward to discussing this with you during the interview process.
