Junior Graphic Designer
Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.
We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their design career to develop their skills within an experienced team, working across a wide range of digital and print projects.
Supporting our Graphic Designer, you will help create engaging visual content including marketing collateral, presentations, campaign assets, social media content and other branded communications.
What we are looking for…
- You will have a strong creative eye, good attention to detail and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour.
- You will be keen to develop your technical skills and confident taking feedback to improve and refine your work.
Previous experience gained through employment, an internship, placement or practical projects within graphic design, marketing or another creative environment would be beneficial.

This role is based at our Bracknell, Berkshire Head Office.

Key responsibilities of the role…
- Support the Graphic Designer with the creation of visual concepts and materials for Marketing and wider business projects.
- Produce and adapt graphics, illustrations and layouts for digital and print media.
- Create and update marketing materials, presentations, campaign assets and social media content.
- Prepare artwork and design files accurately for digital and print production.
- Support the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, events, PR and internal communications.
- Assist the Sales team with presentations, targeted collateral and other visual materials.
- Apply Content Guru’s visual identity and brand guidelines consistently across assigned work.
- Maintain organised design files, templates and asset libraries.
- Implement feedback and amendments accurately and efficiently.
- Build your knowledge of our brand, products and audiences, taking increasing ownership of agreed design work as your experience develops.
About you…
- Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications or another relevant subject.
- A strong creative eye and demonstrable interest in developing a career in graphic design.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign would be advantageous. Experience producing or adapting content for digital and/or print media would also be beneficial.
