50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency.
We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport, Jim Beam and Qatar Airways.
About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer for a fixed term of 3-months, to become an energetic part of our design family, helping us push the boundaries of creative excellence in sport. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our creative and motion teams to deliver world-class design, demonstrating a keen interest in everything creative alongside a positive, proactive attitude.

- This role requires office presence for three days a week, either in the agency or at client offices.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, an understanding of agency behaviours, and a belief that, together, we can innovate what sports entertainment can be.

Responsibilities
- Designing social media content plans, creative campaigns, and social media assets
- Demonstrating a keen eye for design craft and innovation
- Good ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)
- Keeping a keen eye on AI advancements and their impact on design production
- Exploring the progression of design into motion
- Supporting pitches, including creative development and deck production
- Managing, organising and maintaining design quality throughout all project phases
- Collaborating naturally with teams across the agency
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail
