About Us
ME+EM is one of the UK’s fastest-growing luxury fashion brands, with a strong global digital presence and stores across the UK, including London and Edinburgh, alongside concessions within Harrods and Selfridges. We are also continuing our exciting international expansion across the U.S, with new stores opening across key markets.
At ME+EM we are an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate group of people. We work hard, are enthusiastic to learn and are not afraid to take risks. Everyone contributes to our success at all levels, and that precisely what makes being a member of the team so rewarding.
Our office and stores are always busy and fast-paced, but we work just as hard to make sure it’s fun, with social activities and biannual parties. We pride ourselves on being approachable, supportive, and welcoming and ensure that everyone’s hard work is rewarded. It takes all these things to build a strong, successful business and our door is always open to new talent ready to contribute to our growth and evolution.
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join the ME+EM Brand & Graphic Design team. This is a varied in-house role working across both print and digital, supporting the team in bringing the ME+EM brand to life across multiple customer touchpoints, from our monthly books, packaging and retail collateral to email, website, social and digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with the wider Graphic Design team as well as Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Social, Retail and other teams across the business. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for design, typography and imagery and wants to develop within a fast-paced fashion brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
