Junior to Midweight Designer – Social, Campaigns & Digital
Job Description
Working with a fast-moving creative team looking for a junior–midweight designer to support across campaign rollout, social, and digital output.
This isn’t a concept-led role, it’s about someone who’s happy getting stuck in, working at pace, and consistently delivering solid design across multiple briefs.
If you’ve been creating social content, campaign assets, or digital work and enjoy the delivery side of things, this will suit you.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing campaign rollout assets across digital and social (stills)
- Supporting paid social and performance-led creative
- Handling high-volume work with quick turnaround times
- Working closely with a wider creative team day-to-day

What we’re looking for
- 1–4 years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong grounding in paid social, digital, and campaign work
- Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple briefs
- A portfolio that shows clean, real-world paid social samples
- Relevant higher level graphic design, or digital design qualifications
You don’t need to tick every box if you’ve been doing this kind of work already and feel confident in your paid social output, it’s worth applying.

Package
- £150 p/day (c. £30k+ permanent equivalent)
- Immediate / quick start
- Hybrid working (London HQ)
