Are you a creative graduate or an early-career Graphic Designer looking for an opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced ecommerce environment?

We're working with one of the North West's fastest-growing online retail brands, known for creating stylish, trend-led products that reach customers across the UK. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your portfolio while working on a variety of digital and print projects across a well-established consumer brand. You'll collaborate with experienced creatives, gain exposure to multiple marketing channels and play an important role in bringing campaigns to life.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Creative Manager, you'll support the design team in creating engaging visual content across a wide range of digital platforms.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From creating eye-catching social media assets and website graphics to supporting email campaigns, product launches and marketing activity, you'll have the opportunity to work across every stage of the creative process.

You'll also gain experience producing print artwork, packaging and branded materials, making this an excellent role for someone looking to develop into a well-rounded designer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
