Must Have Full Write to Work in UK on a Permanent Basis and Live Within a Reasonable Commute
Creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with a strong interest in visual communication, branding, and digital content. Skilled in creating engaging and professional designs for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials.
Confident in developing creative concepts and adapting designs to suit different audiences, platforms, and brand guidelines. Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy, with excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop within a professional creative environment.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with marketing and wider business teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Passionate about producing high-quality visual content and bringing fresh creative ideas to digital and print communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics and visual content for digital and print marketing.
- Design social media posts, website graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Support marketing teams with creative campaigns and branded communications.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, audiences, and marketing channels.
- Edit and prepare images and other visual assets for digital use.
- Develop creative concepts from initial ideas through to final artwork.
- Work from creative briefs and respond positively to feedback.
- Assist with photography, video, and other visual content where required.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments on creative projects.
- Keep up to date with current graphic design, social media, and digital marketing trends.
