Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Growth Analyst to support Sherpany’s Growth Acceleration team with operational analytics, experiment tracking, and qualitative insights. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to monitor the free trial journey, build simple reports, document experiments, and help the team understand what drives acquisition, activation, and conversion.
You should be highly structured and detail-oriented, but also open and confident enough to proactively contact trial users, run short qualitative interviews, and learn directly from their experience.
Responsibilities:
Tasks:
- Build and maintain simple reports in Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot, VWO/Wingify, and related tools together with analytics or operations team.
- Track every free trial lead from their first CTA click all the way to successful activation and conversion.
- Monitor active experiments, identify early winner/loser signals, and alert the team when an experiment should be reviewed, stopped, scaled, or pivoted.
- Run qualitative calls or interviews with trial users to understand friction, value perception, onboarding experience, and conversion blockers.
- Prepare weekly updates for the squad with lead status, experiment status, funnel metrics, learnings, and recommended next actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
