This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate or someone at the beginning of their career to become a key part of Vyta's Marketing Team and support the growth of our business through marketing operations, data, and lead generation.
Working closely with both the Marketing and Commercial teams, you'll help identify new business opportunities, support marketing campaigns, manage CRM data, and analyse performance, while gaining hands-on experience across modern B2B marketing technologies and processes.
This is a varied, commercially focused role offering the opportunity to develop practical skills across digital marketing, lead generation, analytics, AI, CRM, and marketing automation.

The Role
As Junior Growth Executive, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with both the Marketing and Commercial teams, you'll play an important role in generating new business opportunities and supporting Vyta's continued growth.
You'll help identify and engage prospective customers through research, outbound campaigns, and CRM management, including proactive telephone outreach to target organisations. You'll use a combination of email marketing, LinkedIn, digital marketing campaigns, and phone to start conversations, generate interest, and help secure meetings for the Business Development team.

To drive leads, you will create campaigns, take ownership of elements of the lead generation engine, maintain and analyse marketing data, and help ensure our systems and reporting support informed decision making.
You'll gain hands-on experience across CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, SEO, AI, and digital marketing tools, while developing an understanding of how marketing and sales work together to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research target organisations and identify key decision makers.
- Build and maintain prospect databases within HubSpot and other sales and marketing platforms.
- Carry out proactive cold calling to target organisations, engaging prospective customers and helping to secure meetings for the Business Development team.
- Support outbound lead generation campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and telephone outreach.
- Create and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns through research, segmentation, and list building.
- Qualify prospective opportunities and help arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure high standards of data quality.
- Assist with marketing automation, workflows, and campaign administration.
- Monitor campaign, website, and lead generation performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards to measure marketing performance and identify trends.
- Analyse marketing and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support SEO performance through keyword research and reporting.
- Use AI tools to improve research, prospecting, reporting, and marketing efficiency.
- Carry out competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
Essential Criteria
- Degree or equivalent in Business or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Confident communicating professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a willingness to make proactive outbound calls and engage new people.
- Commercially aware with an interest in marketing, sales, and business growth.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Comfortable using marketing software and digital tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous professional marketing or sales experience is not required, but an understanding in the following is important:
- PPC, SEO, and CRM platforms.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Website and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Marketing automation and email marketing.
- AI tools for research, reporting, and productivity.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Lead generation and B2B marketing.
- Experience gained through university projects, placements, internships, part-time employment, or other customer-facing roles would also be beneficial.
