Our Client
Our client is an AI consultancy helping businesses work out where AI can genuinely make them better, then building and implementing the solutions to make it happen.
Most businesses know AI is going to transform the way they operate. Far fewer know where to start, how to use it effectively or how to turn isolated experiments into something that creates real value across a company.
The team works with businesses to identify inefficient processes and workflows, understand where AI can have the biggest impact and build practical solutions that people actually use.
Alongside bespoke consultancy projects, they're increasingly developing productised AI solutions for specific industries: solving a common problem once, then taking that solution to other businesses facing the same challenge.
They're now looking for a bright, entrepreneurial person to help take those solutions to market.
The Role
This is an early sales/GTM hire joining a small, highly experienced team at an exciting stage of the business. You'll help identify new markets and customers for the company's AI products and services. That could mean spotting a niche industry with hundreds of potential customers, researching the companies within it, finding the right decision makers and working out the best way to start conversations with them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who They're Looking For
You don't need previous AI or tech sales experience. More important is that you're:
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and curious
- Confident speaking to new people and happy picking up the phone
- Personable, articulate and good at building rapport
- Energetic and comfortable taking initiative
- Interested in AI and already reasonably tech savvy
- Able to think on your feet and adapt when something isn't working
- Excited by joining a small company where there isn't always an established playbook
The company is deliberately building a small, lean and ambitious team. You'll work closely with highly experienced people and have the opportunity to make a noticeable impact from early on.
The Setup
The team is based in central London and works predominantly from the office.
There's flexibility when people need it, but this is an office-first environment. For someone early in their career, it's a great opportunity to learn directly from experienced commercial operators and develop quickly.
If you're looking for an entrepreneurial first or second job where you'll learn sales, GTM and AI while helping build something from an early stage, this could be a brilliant place to do it.
