About The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate part-time or full-time Junior Hair Stylist to join us at our beautiful Bamford Hair Hut at the Daylesford Farm, in Gloucestershire.
You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every client from the moment they walk through the door. Warm, attentive, and professional, your presence sets the tone for the Bamford experience.
You’ll be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring every corner reflects our commitment to excellence representing wellness, sustainability, and refined service at every level.

Hours
16-40 hours, Tuesday to Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Salary
£12.89 per hour, plus treatment and retail commission.
Weekly pay planned from October 2025.
Responsibilities
- Grow your own loyal client base through exceptional service and recommendation.
- Advise clients on styles and care routines.
- Wash, condition, cut, and style with precision and professionalism.
- Stay ahead of the curve with trend-savvy techniques and product knowledge.
- Recommend products that enhance and promote healthy hair.
- Nurture clients for long lasting relationships.
- Manage stock in an organised efficient way.
- Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and Bamford’s holistic philosophy.
Skills You Will Bring
- Applicants must have 3 years plus in hairdressing and level 3 NVQ.
- A brand champion who believes wholeheartedly on the importance of the overall client experience.
- You should have a flexible attitude & positive energy.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
- Communication skills are key to this role.
- A natural team player who can bring inspiration and creativity.
- Your professionalism and attitude will reflect the Bamford ethos.
