Your Main Responsibilities
- First-Line Advice: Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers, providing guidance on company policies and low-level HR queries as your confidence grows.
- Employee Relations Support: Manage the administrative side of case management (disciplinary, grievance, absence) while gradually taking the lead on low-risk meetings.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Keep our HRIS accurate and use the data to create meaningful reports on turnover, absence, and engagement.
- Project Involvement: Contribute directly to wider HR initiatives, such as well-being strategies and performance review rollouts.

What We Are Looking For
- Solid HR Administration Foundation: You already have proven experience managing core HR administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.
- A Desire to Learn: You actively seek feedback, ask questions, and are highly motivated to expand your HR knowledge.
- Strong Communication: Empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust with people at all levels of the business.
- Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of employment law principles and a desire to deepen this expertise.
- Qualifications: Level 3 HR qualification is desirable.
