As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior HR Advisor, within our People & Performance to play a vital role in supporting managers and employees across the business.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to further develop their career within a fast paced and dynamic business.

Reporting into the People & Performance Manager, you will provide professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, managing employee relations casework, supporting people processes, maintaining HR data integrity and helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

You will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing pragmatic advice while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the People & Performance team, you will provide proactive HR support across a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and probation processes.

  • Working closely with managers across the business, you will offer practical, commercially focused advice, helping to resolve workplace issues and ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Play an important role in maintaining accurate HR records and systems, supporting audits and people projects, driving continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, and promoting a fair, compliant and people focused approach to managing our employees.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an HR professional with a strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and compliance requirements, who can confidently build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
