About the Role
As our Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial organisation globally. Working closely with our Senior HR & Talent Business Partner, you'll gain hands-on experience contributing to the development and implementation of impactful HR initiatives. This role offers unparalleled exposure to diverse HR areas, including Project Management, Employee Relations, and international HR practices, providing a robust foundation for your career.
You'll be instrumental in supporting managers, driving key people initiatives, and helping to cultivate a high-performance culture. We're looking for someone who is keen to embed themselves within the business, understanding stakeholder priorities and delivering practical HR solutions that truly align with our strategic growth.

How will you make an impact?
- Support the Senior HR & Talent Business Partner in implementing people initiatives and transformation projects that align with the business strategic objectives across Watchfinder’s commercial organization.
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management activities, ensuring key HR Processes are efficiently delivered.
- Collaborate closely with team members across HR and the business, helping to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with centres of excellence and group (Richemont) colleagues to support the development and delivery of solutions tailored to the business needs.
- Assist in administering the annual compensation and reward process, ensuring accuracy and transparency under the guidance of the Senior HR & Talent Business Partner.
- Build professional working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to inform recommendations and support business decision making.
- Maintain awareness of external market insights and developments, sharing these across the HR team.
- Lead or support various HR Projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic projects.
- Coaching and appropriately challenging managers to build confidence and capability in people management, promoting consistency, fairness, and high-performance outcomes.
- Managing employee relation cases at the appropriate level, escalating complex or high-risk matters where required, ensuring advice remains legally compliant.
How You Will Experience Success With Us
We welcome applicants from HR Advisors or recent graduates with at least two years experience of relevant HR experience, including those from various HR disciplines (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) who can demonstrate transferable skills.
- Some demonstratable experience in managing projects, preferably within a HR context.
- Some exposure to Employee Relations (ER) Principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HR Systems and data analysis tools is a plus (Workday).
- Strong relationship Skills: Proven ability to build rapport, influence, and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw insightful conclusions to support HR Decision Making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our talent team will reach out to you within two weeks to conduct an introductory call.
2nd Stage – You will be invited to an assessment day at Watchfinder HQ, where you will meet with key members of the HR team and stakeholders across commercial. After this process, the shortlist shall be selected to final interview.
3rd Stage – Final interview with the Global HR Director & Senior HR & Talent Business Partner.
