Junior HR Business Partner
Location: Glasgow
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Hybrid - 4 days in the office

Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and design strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasizing long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.
What You'll Do
- Independently manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters, providing practical guidance to managers.
- Support HR Business Partners with annual compensation, promotions, and performance processes.
- Manage occupational health cases and oversee risk mitigation activities.
- Produce accurate HR data reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Compensation teams on hiring activities.
- Assist with international relocations and ensure compliance with audits.
- Promote digital HR tools to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Work effectively within a changing environment where processes and ways of working continue to evolve.

What You Bring
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or Junior HR Business Partner handling a broad range of employee relations, performance management, and occupational health matters.
- Strong track record of independent employee relations case management.
- Experience within financial services or professional services environments.
- Knowledge of compensation and reward processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Data-driven, adaptable, and resilient approach; CIPD qualification preferred.
- This role is not suited to HR Operations or Shared Services professionals whose experience is primarily process or administration focused.
