Job Title

This role is part time, working 3 days, and 22.5 hours per week - 8am to 4pm.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partner in all aspects of Employee Relations (ER), providing hands-on HR advice and guidance to colleagues and managers
  • Help ensure HR policies, processes and practices comply with UK employment law and regulations
  • Monitor legal changes and assess their impact on HR processes and policies
  • Support HR matters across 27 depots and 200+ colleagues throughout the UK
  • Work closely with the UK HR Business Partner to address HR challenges and represent HR in the business
  • Visit depots when required to provide direct support to managers and colleagues
  • Analyse HR issues, identify priorities and develop practical solutions that make a difference
  • Contribute to a collaborative HR team by communicating confidently, giving clear advice and supporting colleagues through change

What will you bring?

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or the equivalent HR experience
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of UK Employment law
  • Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage but not necessary
