Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready to take the next step into business partnering?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation in a developmental Junior HR Business Partner role. You'll work closely with managers, build your commercial understanding, and gain broader exposure across the full people agenda.

Working as part of a supportive HR team, you'll partner with managers across the business and provide practical, commercially focused advice.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Coaching managers through employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases
  • Building strong relationships with managers and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
  • Using people data to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Contributing to engagement, reward, and wider people initiatives
  • Supporting HR projects that improve both the employee and manager experience
  • Helping to strengthen HR processes, policies, and ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
