Junior HSE Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Junior HSE Advisor to join one of our most established and exciting clients, working across high-level engineering, maintenance and construction environments.
You'll join a small and supportive HSE team, providing day-to-day support across a variety of sites and projects while helping ensure high standards of Health & Safety are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HSE career, gain broad hands-on experience and learn from an experienced team in a varied and technically demanding environment.
You'll be given a good level of autonomy from the outset, while having the support and guidance around you to build your knowledge, take on more responsibility and progress your career.
Responsibilities
As a Junior HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HSE team with day-to-day activities across a variety of sites and projects.
- Carrying out site inspections, checks and supporting compliance activities.
- Assisting with risk assessments, reports and general HSE documentation.
- Working with site teams and contractors to help maintain safe working practices.
- Supporting the wider team with ongoing HSE improvements and initiatives.

Skills and Experience
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Some previous experience within Health & Safety, HSE or a similar environment.
- NEBOSH qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- A good understanding of general Health & Safety principles and safe working practices.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with different teams and contractors.
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing a long-term career within HSE.

- Salary – £30,000 to £35,000
