Fox Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for someone ready to take the next step into project management.
You'll work alongside our Senior PM on commercial HVAC projects up to £1m, while running your own small works packages (up to £50k) from handover to completion. It's a proper development role with real responsibility from day one and hands-on mentorship along the way.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of larger HVAC, ventilation and public health projects
- Managing your own small works packages end to end
- Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
- Tracking programme, flagging risks, and helping with variations and applications
- Attending site visits and progress meetings

What we're looking for
- Background in air conditioning, ventilation or plumbing installs (site, supervisory or coordination experience all welcome)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A hands-on attitude and a genuine drive to progress into PM
- Full UK driving licence
