Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Full Time 36.25 hours with Hybrid Working (1-2 Days WFH)
We are supporting a successful and growing business in the search for a Junior IFS Specialist to join their IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ERP support experience, or experience gained through an ERP implementation project, to develop their expertise within IFS Cloud while working on system improvements, business change initiatives, and ongoing support.
You will play a key role in supporting the business's IFS environment, working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to improve processes, deliver change projects, and ensure users get the most from the system.
The Role
As a Junior IFS Specialist, you'll provide day-to-day support for the IFS platform while contributing to projects focused on business process improvement and system development.

- Providing 2nd line support to IFS users across the business
- Investigating, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Monitoring system performance and helping identify root causes of defects
- Liaising with IFS and other third party suppliers where required
- Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Assisting with the design and documentation of system enhancements and process improvements
- Configuring and tailoring IFS to meet business needs
- Testing system changes and enhancements
- Supporting and coordinating business change and improvement projects
- Working collaboratively with the wider IT team, external partners, and business users
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, has a passion for technology, and is keen to develop their career within ERP systems and business applications. You will ideally have:
- At least 2 year's experience in an ERP support, systems support, or technical role
- Alternatively, experience gained through an ERP implementation project
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A customer focused approach
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced commercial environment
- An understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Distribution and CRM

Exposure to ERP systems, particularly IFS Cloud, would be highly advantageous, including:
- ERP configuration and administration
- Custom objects, fields, pages and events
- User interface configuration
- Security administration and permission sets
- IFS Quick Reports
- Crystal Reports or IFS Report Designer
- PL/SQL
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, although equivalent commercial experience will also be considered.
A full UK driving licence is required.
