(Junior) Implementation Analyst - Up to £35k - New

A leading organisation requires a (Junior) Implementation Analyst to join its growing software delivery team!

The successful candidate will support the delivery of client onboarding and development projects, helping to translate agreed requirements into configuration artefacts, assisting with product training and testing, and acting as a point of escalation for the support function. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build deep product and domain expertise while working alongside experienced Business Analysts and Product Managers!

Suitable candidates will have the following:

  • Some experience in a Business Analyst, Support Analyst, or similar analytical/client-facing role
  • Basic knowledge of SQL & XML with a willingness to develop these further
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, both written and verbally
  • Interest in working closely with development & test teams and a good understanding of SDLC
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong sense of organisation and prioritisation

Duties will include:

  • Working with Business Analysts and Product Managers to understand client requirements for onboarding projects
  • Producing and testing client configuration artefacts based on the agreed requirements
  • Producing SQL scripts for implementation of requirements
  • Supporting Business Analysts in product training to clients
  • Producing custom integration documentation and example code to enable clients to integrate the product with their systems
  • Working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery, regular communications to the client and updates to project status
  • Supporting clients throughout their onboarding as they adopt and integrate products
